Catch a Frog

Chorus frogs calling
from wet tracks in woodland road
while I rest, well spent.

Yes, I realize these aren't great frog photos  but they are my best.  Several times I have tried to sneak up on frogs calling from a mud hole or bog.  This time I recorded the calls on my smart-phone from far enough away that the frogs couldn't see me. I then replayed the recording.  This one frog was tricked.  I don't know if it really is a Mountain chorus frog, but that what was making the most noise.
See its legs?  It really is a frog.
Now one last shot then Mr. Gullible disappeared below the brink.

They are hard little buggers to try and sneak a peak at. You must have been very quiet.
