On our way back from a pre-wedding party in Pullman West Virginia, Jeff and I drove toward a threatening storm.
To our left the moon was clear against a starry sky while ahead and seemingly from a different firmament, lightening flashed a strobe style show against behind black clouds.

West Virginia hollows or "hollers" don't allow much room for sky so as soon as the hills opened up a bit, Jeff pulled over so that I could try to catch some of what we witnessed,
The storm will not be forgotten very soon.
